Refund policy

We offer returns and refunds only in the following cases-

Product arrives damaged and customer has an unboxing video proof beginning from the outer packaging. Refund or exchange as per customer's choice.

Product is on 6 months warranty and gets plating damage. New product will be re-issued or store credit will be provided, old one to be returned.

Products purchased during SALE cannot be returned for change of mind. All sales are final.

If a customer must absolutely return in exchange for store credit, they will be charged the return shipping of INR 200 in case of prepaid and INR 265 in case of Cash on Delivery. EXPRESS returns are charged at ₹285.
